SPECTRA DYNAMICS classes are designed to reveal YOU to you – the creative,
fascinating, original human being you are! This is an experiential course, inviting
you to take a journey inward. The four modules include background information
and months of home practice sessions, honed over four generations. When you
complete the course, you will have a method and system that you can use from
that time forward to apply to every avenue of your life.
