There was a song lyric that said, “Do you know where you’re going to? Do you like the things that life is showing you?” Do you like what is in your life? Do you know what you have to contribute? Look at the seeds! How did you arrive at this point in your life? One breath, one impression, one choice at a time!

The Presence of Mind LLC website offers Spectra Dynamics, a class that deals with timeless realities known as Natural Laws. The first Law in the workbook is Cause and Effect. Consider this excerpt:

“There can be no effect without a cause. Thoughts we dwell upon in our minds are the seed, and the seed nurtures a harvest according to the law of ‘like produces like.’ All seed reproduces according to type. Seed determines the type, harvest reveals the seed sown……We get out of life what we put into life – no more and no less.”

The “Seeds” at the end of the blogs are ways to plant positive ideas – affirmations – that lead to productive, beneficial outcomes…for yourself and for the world you create around you. When you look around, what  you see are the fruits, the harvest of different kinds of seeds that were planted by others and by the things a person or group has elevated to prominence in our society. What you think and how you feel tells you everything. Do they destroy or do they build? Do they make you feel like pulling back or do they inspire?

You can use the Seeds for Reflection at the end of my blogs as a thought to repeat to yourself and consider throughout the day, applying it to situations in which you find yourself. They are best used as a prelude to a few minutes of quiet time during the day or right before going to sleep.  This is a brief introduction to working with your subconscious mind, the level of cause.  Say the Seed sentences, close your eyes and let several minutes go by. Repeat it over the course of a week and the seeds will grow. Notice your harvest…how you feel and what you think!

We teach how to do this as a system with a method of Alpha relaxation because it’s made all the difference in our lives.

Seed for Reflection: “I learn to do what is before me with an exalted spirit of knowing that it is mine to do to the best of my ability. My life is fruitful because I have noble motives.”  Excerpt from Worthiness audio and Spectra Dynamics Workbook The Sunnyside Foundation and Presence of Mind LLC
