Connect to humanity and universal ideals.

We begin life in a family and move in ever-growing outward circles of friends, acquaintances and associates. And as with all of nature – we go through cycles. Comparing this aspect of life to a tree, we mature from seedling, to sapling to maturity.  Feeling a connection, a sense of unity with our process produces feelings of warmth and security. Trusting that we belong to a transformation process that takes place within its own knowing brings a sense of peace and serenity.

Recommendation: First, use this program right before bed whether listening casually or purposefully. If using this intentionally as a catalyst for change, use it for 21 nights. After that, it can be used during the day or at night.
